Moving and improving

A new Branch Manager, a couple of agents changing offices and a promotion - we're a company who believe that there is always room for improvement as we strive to provide the best possible customer service.

Our Launceston office has a new manager, Tom Browning. Tom has decades of experience in property sales internationally. He spent 10 years in Spain where he owned his own real estate business and later worked for a large corporate company promoting and selling properties in Morocco. He went on to manage estate agencies across Europe, working for a company selling land for projects in Canada and Brazil. The education of his children brought Tom back to the UK.

He said: “I’m so glad to be working for an independent family company that puts clients before figures, it’s so refreshing. I was totally done with the corporate world of turning and burning people.”

Two long standing Sales Negotiators have also moved offices. Sally Hardy has moved from the Helston office to the Falmouth Branch. She’s lived in the seaside town all her life, has excellent local knowledge and is well known in the area. Taking Sally’s place in Helston is Vanessa Hampton, who has worked for the company for over 20 years and has equally extensive knowledge of the area and the market.

The continued efforts and successes of Gail Daddow from the Redruth office have also been rewarded. Gail has been promoted to a level four Sales Negotiator, the highest level available.

“Gail really deserves this,” said Redruth Branch Manager, Matthew Dawes. “She’s proactive, hard working and her enthusiasm shines through.”

Partner, Jeremy Miller, said: “At Millerson we’re in pursuit of excellence, which we can only hope to achieve by constantly improving, reacting to the changing nature of the business, making adjustments to keep up with those changes and by supporting our staff to maximise their potential.”
