Online Only Agent Case Study

Mr X was confident that his house in Camborne would sell quickly and so he chose to market it through a cheap online only agent.  There were several viewings, which, despite paying extra to have the accompanied viewing service, the vendor had to carry out themselves because the representative, who lived 40 miles away, was unable to be present.  6 months after going on the market the viewings had dried up and no support was offered to provide strategies to help sell the house.  Indeed, it was proving very difficult to keep in touch with the agency staff at all.  After all, why should they bother?
