Casey-Lee Gordon, manager of our Penzance lettings office was delighted to receive this glowing letter from a landlord last week.
'I am writing to bring to your attention to the exemplary service we have received from Casey Gordon and staff (including Sam before she departed on maternity leave!) from the Penzance office.
Having purchased Mermaid House back in 2009 from Millerson, and having got to know some members of staff through this, it was a natural progression to use Millerson to source tenants on the first occasion. Having been given notice by our last tenants back in the summer, I felt confident, once again, in contacting Millerson for the purpose of finding new tenants – and I was delighted to find that Casey was still working for Millerson – and that she remembered us! As our last contact was around five years previous, I think that is quite something!!
I am pleased to report that we haven’t been disappointed. It’s quite a pressure and emotional process finding someone who will not only be suitable and responsible for one’s property, but also financially able. Casey emphasised that they would ensure they searched until they found the right person – someone who they felt would be of good standing, and I have to say we are exceedingly happy with Ms S who moved in to our property in September and that she is possibly “the best yet”.
The service we received from Casey has been second to none. We have been made to feel “valued and special” as returning customers – as if we are friends – and this is something special in today’s fast moving and transient age. It is always a pleasure to pop in to the office when necessary.
I’m aware it’s all too easy to write when there are problems, so I am delighted to feel that it is necessary to write on this occasion with so many positives. We have recommended Millers on a few occasions – something I don’t do lightly – and feel confident to do so.
