  • Commercial & Business Transfer Negotiator

    FALMOUTH
    We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate a proven track record in a fast paced performance-driven environment.

    We are currently looking for support to our Commercial & Business Transfer department and seek self-motivated and business minded people. Ideal candidate will have a business degree, RICS or NAEA qualification. We welcome experienced business professionals from all sectors.

    Duties: The role will involve dealing with a wide range of commercial property transactions, primarily sales and lettings, from instruction to completion. Own car essential.

  • Senior Negotiator or an Assistant Manager

    LISKEARD
    We are seeking a candidate who has extensive estate agency experience and be able to undertake market appraisals, instructions as well as assisting with applicant contact and management, assisting with developing staff, generating viewings, offers and sales in line with meeting/exceeding targets.
