Today we have just completed on the sale of our bungalow, Estoril, Rosudgeon which was listed with your Penzance branch. I am writing to you because in this day and age of poor service and moaning it has been a real pleasure to deal with 'Team Miller' at Penzance. Katie Semmens has been the main person looking after us and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She is without doubt absolutely brilliant at her job and nothing is too much trouble for her. She always does what she says she will do, and never once have I had to chase her up or remind her about something....a rare quality!
Whenever she was unavailable then 'Team Miller' would step into action and I have also received excellent help from each and every member of the office. So to Miller & Son I take my hat off to you and say a very big thank you for the wonderful Penzance Office.
