Having gained considerable and valuable experience over a thirty year career in all aspects of the property industry to include working for both corporate and independent estate agents in Falmouth, I’m excited to have joined the Truro team and all that Truro has to offer.
Key to my success has been my enthusiasm for providing a professional, quality service, with a straightforward approach to business whilst maintaining honesty and integrity throughout.
I look forward to meeting both new and old clients looking for a professional and personal service from the team
My career with the Miller family started in 1981 and I have undertaken various roles and responsibilities over the years. I currently look after the Truro, Falmouth, St Austell, Liskeard and Launceston branches which provide a diverse and interesting portfolio of homes in such wonderful locations. Whilst at its heart Millerson is a traditional family firm its increasing network of branches enables us to keep up with the latest trends and technologies enabling us to satisfy all our customer demands and needs. I am a proud Cornishman, with my family roots tracing back to the port of Padstow, and when away from the office I am a keen musician and in particular love playing the guitar.
My Estate Agency career started in 1982 as PA to the UK President of the Institute of Surveyors, Valuers & Auctioneers (ISVA). The intervening decades have seen enormous change in the UK property market, with me initially working for clients, selling their homes in the North West of England. Since 1997, I have been based in Cornwall, establishing an understanding of Falmouth and its surrounding area. My reputation for customer care and ability to sell are of paramount importance to me. Which is why I selected Millerson to work for, as an independent agency dedicated to putting their customers first. Having personally moved homes several times, I truly empathise with both sides of the selling process, endeavouring to make it as straightforward and as enjoyable as possible. Proof of my success in achieving this, are the numerous recommendations and repeat customers who come back to me, again and again. Away from the office, I am married and live locally in Falmouth. My husband and I are proud parents of a talented daughter who is an elite athlete, having represented both England and Great Britain.

Before working in estate agency I ran my own hairdressing business for a number of years, which I subsequently sold and then moved abroad for a period of time. I joined the Miller family company in 2006 and having lived in Falmouth most of my life, have an extensive knowledge of the town and an excellent network of customers both past and present. To this end I benefit from a strong reputation locally which certainly helps myself and the team. Outside of work I am a very sociable person and love wining and dining with family and friends.
Being new to the industry I am looking forward to starting a career in Estate Agency and all it can offer. I am excited to gain knowledge from the Millerson team and look forward to building my new career. I have an extensive background in customer service and I am very enthusiastic about bringing the skills that I have developed so far to Millerson’s Truro office.
I started my career with Millerson early in 2013 as a lettings negotiator. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service after working for a well-established retail company. I enjoy the challenges I face on a daily basis and work hard in the team to ensure our standard and values are consistently improving. In my spare time I enjoy singing in a male voice choir and amateur dramatics.
I moved to Cornwall 25 years ago from Warwickshire and I thrive in the open space and with the friendly people who make up our strong community. I have worked with Millerson since 2014 and prior to this for an independent letting agent based in Truro so I have over 5 years experience within our local market. My professional experience includes many years working for South West Water where I learned invaluable lessons in customer liaison and offering good customer support, which is still at the core of my everyday work. In my spare time I love gardening and I take great joy in bee keeping which i find very relaxing.
I was born in Devon but have lived in Cornwall now for 20 years. I have worked in Lettings for over 5 years and enjoy the day to day challenges that the job brings; no two days the same. I pride myself on giving good customer service and helping landlords and tenants to get the best experience of letting that they can. Outside work I help to run an amateur dramatic production company, bringing new and original works to the small stage. I am also the proud owner of a motor home and have been bitten by the camping bug.
I relocated to Cornwall 15 years ago with my family, I have lived in Helston ever since and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. After achieving a Level 2 NVQ and Technical Award in Business and Administration, I started my career working within residential sales and then soon found my calling for Residential Lettings. Interests: Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring the local areas, cycling and taking part in fitness classes at my local gym.
After completing my Business Diploma at Truro College I was excited to be offered and to accept the branch administrator position at Millerson in Falmouth. I was impressed by how professional, caring and enthusiastic the whole team were. I had always wanted to progress my career, so in 2018 I took on a new challenging role as Trainee Property Management Negotiator and started my journey in the lettings and property management side of the business. I would eventually like to be trained in all parts of Millerson’s business. When I am not at work I spend time with my family and friends and enjoy shopping and swimming.
