Assistant Managers Rising to the Challenge

Gail Daddow, Stuart Gavin and Darren Jones have all been recognised by the firm as having the potential to manage their own offices in the future. As part of the company’s staff development programme experienced members of staff with a track record of outstanding professionalism and customer service are offered assistant manager positions as a step on the way to full management.
Darren Jones has lived and worked in central Cornwall for nearly all his life, and has many years’ experience in estate agency although he only joined Millerson’s Truro office in 2014. On hearing of his promotion Darren commented, “This is an exciting opportunity for me and I am looking forward to being able to move my career forward and take on extra responsibilities”.
Stuart Gavin joined Millerson in 2012, having moved down to Cornwall from Surrey. Stuart is an estate agent through and through, “Since enjoying some work experience with an estate agent in Weybridge as a teenager I knew straight way that this was the career I was to embark on!” Stuart has worked in a range of roles within the world of property before settling to residential sales in the Launceston office, “I am very proud and honoured to take this role and am looking forward to a bright future.”
Gail Daddow has been with Millerson, at the Redruth office, for three years although she has been an estate agent since 1999. She is pleased that her hard work and success have been recognised and that Millerson are nurturing their staff and offering career paths. “This is the way forward to ensure progression and continuity in the firm, this is a great opportunity and I will certainly make the most of it. ”
