National award scheme recognising the best agents in the UK

We've entered The ESTAS, the Oscars of the property industry and the largest award scheme of its kind in the UK.
All five of the lettings offices - based in St Austell, Launceston, Perranporth, Redruth and Penzance - have been entered, separately, into the Best Lettings Agent category.
Landlords using our services will be invited to score the company in 14 areas, including our website, first contact, understanding of legislation, communication and negotiation skills, speed and efficiency. All customers who provide feedback will be entered into a prize draw to win £1,000.
The aim of the voting system is not just to let the judges know the quality of an agency’s customer service, but because entrants can see the scoring provides valuable feedback from clients, which helps agents improve their services.
Lettings Business Development Manager, Katie Law, said: “In many ways the feedback is more important to us than winning. There is always room for improvement and hopefully by entering we are sending a message to people that we really care about our performance, strive to enhance it and value clients’ opinions.”
The ESTAS take place every April at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London hosted by TV property expert, Phil Spencer, in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
Phil said: “I think it says a great deal about a firm that takes part in The ESTAS. They care about their reputation, they care about their customers and they care about their business.
