Saturday Sales Negotiator – Helston

We are looking to recruit a new member of staff for our busy Saturday sales diary who can meet and greet clients in the office and handle both telephone and email enquiries. The ideal candidate will generate viewing appointments, sales and market appraisal/instruction leads from enquiries and carry out accompanied viewings. No previous experience is necessary, but is preferred. A full driving licence is required.

The position is permanent/part time. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be well organised and self-motivated.

Senior/Sales Negotiator – Falmouth

We are looking for an experienced sales negotiator for our Falmouth office. An immediate start is available to the right candidate. The candidate will be expected to generate market appraisals, carry out accompanied viewings and of course have excellent sales skills. Ideally we are looking for someone who can carry out market appraisals and take instructions although this is not absolutely essential as full training will be provided.

The position is full time and permanent. Working hours are 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on a Saturday. Saturday working will be on a rota basis and if required to work on a Saturday, a day off in lieu on the preceding week will be offered.

A basic salary plus commissions are available

Lettings Negotiator – St Austell

An experienced Lettings Negotiator is required for our St Austell office. Dealing mainly with property management, the successful candidate must be experienced, be customer services driven and have great attention to detail. The ability to demonstrate a track record in dealing with a property portfolio is a must.

A full driving license and access to your own vehicle is required.

A generous basic salary awaits the right candidate and bonuses will be payable if targets are achieved/exceeded.
