The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of winning instructions as well as carrying out all other aspects of the role such as dealing with enquiries, accompanied viewings, generating market appraisals and taking instructions from clients to bring properties on to the market. A full clean driving license is essential as well as use of your own vehicle.

Millerson employees work a five day week. Saturday working is required on a rota basis however, a day off in lieu will be given in the preceding week.

Experienced Sales Administrator / Negotiator - Helston

We have a vacancy in our Helston branch for an experienced full time, permanent, Sales Administrator/Negotiator. The successful applicant will have excellent customer service, administration and IT skills and be motivated to provide our clients with an excellent service. Working in branch as part of a team of three, the Sales Administrator/Negotiator will play a large part in the success of the branch by providing the relevant support to the team. Strong administration and sales skills are required.

Saturday working will be required on a rota basis however, a day off in lieu will be given when Saturday working is required.

Property Management Negotiator

We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Property Management Negotiator at our Pool branch to join our team of three. Our Property Management team manage a large portfolio of properties from The Lizard to Truro and all areas in between. The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role and will be able to work well as part of a team as well as working on their own initiative. The role will involve carrying out property inspections, writing reports for landlords, dealing with and arranging maintenance works, negotiating between landlords and tenants, arranging landlords gas safety inspections, dealing with deposit releases, DPS disputes and serving notices to tenants. The role requires great attention to detail, excellent customer service and administration skills.

This role is full time and permanent. Ours of work are Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 5.30pm. Saturday working from 9am to 4pm will be required on a rota basis however a day off in lieu will be given in the preceding week therefore we offer a five day working week.

A full driving license and access to your own vehicle is required for this role.
